
‘FLATTEN YOUR CHEST – Exercises and Techniques to Improve Pectus Excavatum’ is a book I wrote after spending years researching and testing techniques on how to improve my own Pectus Excavatum.
It is the culmination of all my hard work and knowledge on PE condensed into 73 pages, in PDF format, accompanied by illustrations drawn by me.

The book teaches you the same techniques I used to reduce my Pectus Excavatum by 95% (and still improving further) using minimal equipment.
The program covers how to improve your posture, daily stretches for PE improvement, strength training routine, usage of the device known as the vacuum bell and breath training for increased lung capacity.
